After a 10 month break from blogging, the shadyness is back... All thanks to the hundred job applications, the FYP (Feared Year Project), the exams, five jobs offers and then two returns, a 4 month stint doing an 'interesting' job and now, settled in Schweiz (sometime around yesterday); Well that's summarizing the last 10 months :P.
This one should be kept light, and I will talk about all the things I will most miss about my time in Singapore (in no particular order):
1. 16A-05-05 - my hostel room (This is def. in top 3)
2. Food (which includes but not only Drunken Fire Noodles with Chiang Mei Mango Blend @ Thai Express; Muddy Mud-Pie @ Coffee Club; Subway; Cheesy Fries @ KFC; including my 24-hr Food Solution : McDelivery)
3. All the people in Sing who made my time there so much more liveable - Quite a few to list but they know who they are :)
4. The fact that people there were naturally so incompetent that most sub-standard Indians like me in Singapore felt we were so great.
5. Cabs were so cheap... its CHF50 (SGD 65 approx) for a 8km journey in this place!
6. Jade Cinema and my weekly dose of horrible hindi movies.
7. My great colleagues @ Bloomberg - the company with the most unique and brilliant business model
8. The ability to know almost every brown face on the road, through someone or the other.
9. The Card Sessions especially Chinese Poker
10. Lastly, SK - (This is def the top one :) )
Will post again soon, too much seems to be happening in the world now...
